Accidentally entered your name or profile information incorrectly, or need to make a change? This article will show you how to access your profile settings so that you can update your profile at any time.
To access your profile settings:
- Login to your WhereTo account.
- Select your name in the top right corner.
- Select My Account from the drop down menu
- On the My Account page, you can select from the list on the left to choose which parts of your account you need to update.
- My Profile will be selected automatically, where you can access the setting for your account to update your Name, Address, Phone Number, Departments, etc. as needed.
Important: When you are finished with your changes, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your updates.
Note: If you are a Trip Arranger and the traveler has approved you to make changes on their behalf, you can also edit their information on this page by selecting their name under Choose a Profile at the top of the page.
