Accidentally entered your name or profile information incorrectly, or need to make a change? This article will show you how to access your profile settings so that you can update your profile at any time.
To access your profile settings:
Login to your WhereTo account.
Select your name in the top right corner.
Select My Account from the drop down menu
On the My Account page, you can select from the list on the left to choose which parts of your account you need to update.
My Profile will be selected automatically, where you can access the setting for your account to update your Name, Address, Phone Number, Departments, etc. as needed.
Important: When you are finished with your changes, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your updates.
Note: If you are a Trip Arranger and the traveler has approved you to make changes on their behalf, you can also edit their information on this page by selecting their name under Choose a Profile at the top of the page.
