If your Trip Arranger has changed departments or will no longer be booking your travel, you can easily remove them from your list of approved Trip Arrangers.
To remove a Trip Arranger:
Login to your Whereto Account.
Select your name in the top right corner.
Select My Account from the drop down list.
Select Trip Arranger from the list on the left.
5. Click the Red X next to the trip arranger's information to remove them.
The Trip Arranger will no longer have permission to book your travel.
Tip: To add another person as your Trip Arranger, simply click +Add Another User.
