Because your Whereto account must be created by your company's Whereto Administrator, it is not possible to update an email directly in your settings. 

To update your email, please contact your Whereto Administrator to request any changes for your business email.

If you are not sure who your administrator is, please use the chat widget in the bottom right to have a customer support agent check for you.
